MOUNTING: IM 1001 |
Variations in supply voltage and frequencies are as per IS325. Standard motors are suitable for operation at an ambient temperature of 45°C and altitude up to 1000m.
Motors for operation at other voltage and higher ambient temperature can be offered on request.
The stators and wound rotors are generally wound with copper strip conductors with class ‘F’ insulation. Stator windings are brazed and wound rotor overhangs are banded with resin impregnated glass fiber tape to withstand momentary overloads and peak loads.
Every rotor is dynamically balanced to a higher degree of precision to ensure smooth running.
Motors are subjected to Routine and Type tests in accordance with IS:325 standards.
Accessories such as anti condensation heaters, thermisters, bearing temperature detectors can be provided on request.
