DC machines are precision-engineered for efficient speed and torque control across industrial applications. Manufactured to IS 4722 standards, they are also available in customised versions meeting IEC 60034 and NEMA standards. With robust construction, Class ‘F’ insulation, and IP 55 protection, they support foot/flange mounting and bi-directional rotation.

Facilities to carry out all routine and type tests of DC Machines up to 3500 kW using thyristor converter test plant. Every motor is run for a minimum of 4 hours on full load. The motors are also tested for both the overloads and over speeds.
